Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  1. Custom-made furniture or special-order items
  2. Mattresses that have been unsealed or used
  3. Clearance or sale items
  4. Items showing signs of damage or misuse after delivery

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at returns@baileyhomestore.co.uk or contact our support team at support@baileyhomestore.co.uk within the 14-day window. Be sure to include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item delivered by us. If you’re unsure or need assistance with your return, feel free to contact us today.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. To replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
